The purpose of this program is to reduce your daily calorie intake to about 1,200 calories while increasing your protein intake (protein is a natural appetite suppressant).

All Eat Rite meals and snacks are especially formulated with lower sugar, calorie, fat, and sodium amounts. As part of any diet program, you drink at least 2 quarts of water a day and exercise at least 3 times a week (make sure you check with your doctor before starting any diet or exercise program).
